Seafood Spaghetti
Greek islands are known for their fresh seafood, and nothing beats a plate of seafood spaghetti by the sea. This dish, with its perfect blend of Mediterranean flavors, always transports me back to long summer evenings on the islands, dining with the sound of the waves nearby. It’s a simple dish, but trust me, it’s not something you can’t replicate back home.
