    Choose your Size (Yum, Yum Yum or Super Yum) and Country Box. All country options are listed in the FAQ!

  3. 3 Gather your addresses

    Gather your addresses

    Fill out the Address Template! You'll find instructions for how to fill out the CSV in the second step of the Order Request Form.


  4. 4 Submit your order request

    Start your order

    Submit Order Request Form with the information from Steps 2 & 3, using the email associated with your account. We will be in touch with payment details in 1-2 business days.

  • What countries do you have available?

    The country options change on a monthly basis. We will confirm the countries before the order is run, and also share if there are any new countries available that have not yet been listed.

  • Do you provide discounts?

    Yes! We offer a 10% discount for all orders above $1,000. For orders of $10,000 or more we offer a FREE custom insert!

  • How long does it take to ship?

    Typically for domestic orders, 3-8 business days.

    For international orders, up to 4 weeks.

  • Can I have my boxes delivered on a specific date?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date for your order. We can specify a specific ship date if desired.

  • Can you do overnight shipping?

    We can provide expedited shipping in most instances but it is very expensive (a minimum of $20 per box depending on shipping location). If you’re interested in overnight shipping please email [email protected] with your request and we will connect with you ASAP!

  • How much is shipping?

    We offer free standard shipping within the contiguous United States, as well as military addresses (FPO/APO). Shipping charges per box for everywhere else are shown in the table below:

  • Can you ship internationally?

    We ship to the US (including military addresses and territories), Canada, Australia, the UK, and Israel. We’re working hard to make our shipping options truly universal!

  • Can I add in a personal note for each recipient?

    Yes! You will add this into the address template along with the addresses for each recipient. There is a limit of 150 characters. If you input a note that is over 150 characters, the note will be cut off.

  • Can I add my company logo to the gift note?

    We can provide gift note customizations to orders of 500 or more boxes.

  • Can I choose the items for the boxes?

    No, at this time we are unable to customize the items in the box. You are welcome to order specific snacks from the Yum Shop.

  • Is tax included?

    Taxes are charged based on location and are separate from the cost of the box. In order to provide an accurate quote, we will need the full list of addresses you are looking to send to.

  • Will the recipients have to pay to receive the box?

    The recipients will not need to pay to receive their box. If they are an international recipient all of the custom fees are included in the price of the box.

  • Will the recipients have access to an account?

    Yes, if you provide individual email addresses for each of your recipients they will receive an account and tracking information. This is OPTIONAL, if you would prefer to keep your gift a surprise, we will use your email only in the transaction.

  • Can you update an address?

    Yes! Simply email [email protected] and we can assist you!

  • Can you ship to multiple addresses?

    Yes we can! When you submit your inquiry you will receive a follow-up that provides a template for you to gather the addresses.

  • How do I receive tax exemption status?

    If you are tax exempt we will ask you to send us your tax exemption certificate and we will submit it for approval to our finance department. Once it has been approved we will go ahead with the order and not charge you for the tax.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept credit cards, PayPal, wire transfer or ACH to our bank account.
