It has a tangy, floral flavor that makes it a beloved ingredient for Colombian desserts and jams. Bon Bon Bums were introduced in the 1970s and became an overnight sensation, with sales tripping in just one year. The iconic candy has remained a favorite among candy lovers for over half a century— in 2020, Colombina celebrated the 50th anniversary of the launch of Bon Bon Bums.
